Karen Virtue has been in the food service industry her whole life. With management experience in health care contract management, catering and restaurants, she began working in equipment and supplies sales in 2003. Karen developed the RI and South Eastern MA market to be a $2+ million dollar territory. Her focus is K-12 and college/university accounts, with a smattering of family-owned restaurants and healthcare accounts. She works with her clients from inception of an idea, building a project time line, specifying, bidding, ordering & installation. One of her core competencies is managing the communication with the customer, as well as all stake holders so project expectations are understood by all. Current clients include schools in Providence RI & Brockton MA, a chain bar & grill with 9 locations and a homeless shelter in Boston MA.
