John is responsible for managing Commercial Kitchen Construction and Business Development. He has been in the food service business for 30 years, with hotels and restaurants, eventually joining the equipment side 20 years ago with Buffalo Hotel Supply. John has held various leadership positions in the hotel, commercial foodservice, and restaurant industries. Prior to Kittredge, he held roles as a Restaurant Manager and Director of Catering for chains and local restaurants. While at BHS John has held positions in Estimating, Project Management, and Business Development. John received his A.A.S. from Erie Community College in Hotel & Restaurant Management.
