Tony has worked in the construction field since 2004. He has been involved in projects utilizing multiple
types of construction including commercial, industrial, municipal, residential and medical buildings. He also manages and designed additions, renovation projects, and has completed many of Kittredge’s high-end projects. Tony’s project responsibilities include, but are not limited to, coordination and overall development of the entire project from pre-construction services to closeout documents. Providing budgets, estimating, value engineering, qualifying bids, awarding bids, proposals, procurement of subcontractors and materials, project scheduling, purchase orders, direct liaison with clients, lead communication with owners, architects and engineers, submittal processing, monitor and coordinate work performed by field staff and subcontractors. He ensures that project operations are in compliance with design specifications, shop drawings, change orders, control and maintenance logs, meeting minutes as well as issuing requisitions.
