Job Title: Sales Showroom Merchandiser

Peter has been in the industry for 3 years. He specializes in Equipment, Smallwares, Tabletop, Walk-Ins, Design and Retail Staging, Customer Relations, and Sales Staff Support.

As a working Chef with 20 years in the kitchen and owning his own business for a number of years, Peter understands the needs of the restaurant owner. Practical application of equipment and effective use of resources, example: personnel, product and time management.

On the personal side, he is a husband and father of twins boys, a martial artist in Kokondo Karate, a Large Format Film Photographer, and Videographer. He has produced an on-line video series for Analog Film processes.
