Noel has been in the food service industry for 5 years, including 35+ years as a Pastry Chef on cruise ships and wholesale/retail bakeries, Sous Chef at a 100 seat white table cloth restaurant and a hospital in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. He also owned a Tex-Mex restaurant in Burlington, VT.

His hobbies include cooking, travel, (he has traveled in 65 countries) reading and hiking.
