Project Description

A Dishroom redesign at Gelfenbien Dining Hall at the UConn campus in Storrs CT.

Scope of Work: Remove existing dish machine and dish conveyor belt and install new dish machine and dish accumulator.

New Equipment: We installed a brand new Meiko Flight Type Dishwasher and an Avtec BUS TRAC with a bussing conveyor for soiled cafeteria dishes.
