Project Description

SUNY Schenectady Community College – School of Hotel, Culinary Arts and Tourism.

This teaching lab space was created for a hands on teaching experience specialized in chocolate making processes. We provided a lot of special equipment for this project. Many pieces required a lot of research and some equipment had to be brought in from Europe.

Equipment ranged from: Custom made Cocoa Bean roasters, Chocolate Winnowers, Nib Grinders, Chocolate Melangers, Chocolate tempering machine with enrober and Conche machines.
